Since I'm learning to play the guitar since yesterday (*cough*), I figured learning these four chords would be a great way for me to impress my friends, until I can actually play. For everyone who wants to know, they're playing E, B, C^major, A. For a variation on this, you could play G, D, E^minor, C.
